| The Palace
The head palace of the Ozian government and the residence of the Ozma Tippetarius.
Almost everyone involved in the government has an office located somewhere within here.

| Southstairs
An underground city and high-security prison. There are two access points via a secret staircase within the Palace, and via a cage lowered down into a shaft open to the sky in the middle of Southstairs, which is surrounded by battlements. Southstairs incarcerates common criminals and political prisoners, including a large number of Animals.

| Dixxi House
The ancient and traditional home of the ruling family of Gillikin, though the royal family that here now is nothing more than a charade, as the only power lies in the Emerald City

This forest has several small villages scattered mainly on the outskirts, but the forest is inhabited mainly by animals, however some Animal colonies still hide in its depths

The Thousand Year Grasslands on the western border of the Vinkus is covered by endless plains. The Grasslands are inhabited by many nomadic tribes and the occasional animal or Animal.
